How to track domains from multiple Google Analytics Accounts
If you are trying to find a way to connect more domains from different Google Analytics accounts, into Monitor Backlinks, this step by step guide will be of help.
How it works
For this to work, you have to grant user permission from all Google Analytics accounts you want to connect, to one main account. It doesn’t matter which you choose to be the primary account, but it has to be one that has access to all the secondary accounts.

It takes just a few minutes to give user permission for each account, and you’ll then be able to track all your websites backlinks using a single Monitor Backlinks account.
How to connect multiple Google Analytics accounts
Step 1. Sign in to one of your secondary Google Analytics accounts and click on the ‘Admin’ tab from the top side.

Step 2. Choose the account or property you want to track in Monitor Backlinks, and click on ‘User Management’.

Step 3. Add the email of your primary Google Analytics account to give read & analyze permission. Your central account should be the one you plan to connect with Monitor Backlinks.

Step 4. Go to Monitor Backlinks, click on ‘Add domain’ and select ‘Add Using Analytics’. Here you should connect your primary Google Analytics account (the one with user access to all the other accounts you want to incorporate). You will then see all the websites from your primary and secondary Google Analytics accounts.

If after following these steps you are having troubles seeing the websites you want to track, you might have to discount Google Analytics from Monitor Backlinks and then reconnect again. You can do so, by going to your Account and clicking on ‘Disconnect Google Analytics’.
That’s it. It’s that easy. Repeat the process with all your secondary accounts that you want to connect with Monitor Backlinks, and you’ll be able to keep track of all your websites, even if they are using different accounts.
