As a Sales Specialist you:

• Work directly with customers via telephone/skype/webinars to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential customers to purchase products services
• Educate customers on product offerings and services and answer questions from customers building value in the customer relationship.
• Generate market business intelligence to provide relevant inputs to the product team
• Continued product education to better service customer calls
• Maintain accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker in Salesforce.
